* NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and pipes, is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will result in a $500 penalty.
* NO PETS ALLOWED: Unfortunately, I'm allergic to pets that aren't hypoallergenic, so we have a strict no-pets policy. Thanks for understanding!
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
* RING CAMERA: Just a heads-up, there's a Ring camera installed at the front door for security purposes. There are no video recording devices located inside the house.
* WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

the house is a very cute family home in a quiet neighborhood. we had no problems with our stay and it was about 5 minutes from the cole park fishing peir. the bathroom handle to the master was loose and the house could use more cooking utensils but overall the stay was excellent.

I used to live in Corpus Christi and knew that this house was going to be the located in the perfect quiet neighborhood we were looking for. It gave us the opportunity to catch some of the most beautiful sunsets that Corpus Christi is known for. Quinn is an exceptional host who responds back quickly. This house had everything we needed for our week stay. The front porch swing was a perfect place to sit on in the mornings, while the backyard was great place to unwind after a long day.
