Moonflower is a charming, upscale Bahama-style home with plantation shutters on the windows, built-in shelving and colorful décor carried throughout. Located in a beach community with a boardwalk, this home is just a short walk to the shared pool. Gather family and friends in the living area to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while sitting on the large, modern sectional with chaise and ottoman, made for relaxing. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen with sleek countertops, crisp cabinets, ample lighting, updated white and stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a drip coffee maker and stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor meals at the dining table with seating for six, additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. There is an informal table for three, great for playing a friendly game of cards or working on puzzles. The back-enclosed patio with glass doors is a great place to unwind while reading a book or for taking in morning sunrises with coffee in hand. Take advantage of the fenced, landscaped backyard area to cook up the day's catch on the charcoal grill or take in the sunshine while lying on a lounger. Inside, the bedrooms accommodate eight guests. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a King bed, nightstands, dresser and large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of double vanities, a jetted tub and a stand-alone, tiled glass-enclosed shower. Both guest rooms (BR2) & (BR3) are supplied with a Queen bed, closet and nightstands. They share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tile tub/shower. There is a set of Twin over Twin bunk beds and TV just off of the living area, a unique and private area for kids to sleep and play. The laundry room, just off of the kitchen area, holds both a full-size washer and dryer for your benefit.
