We had a wonderful stay over spring break.We enjoyed it so much, we extended out stay. The location is convenient and close to everything. The house is cute, cozy and very comfortable for a large group (it was 6 of us). Beds are very comfortable. Fantastic communication and support.

Excellent shared space great room that was the main living room and kitchen. Decks on all levels. The rooftop is what sold us on this versus other units we were looking. Sunrise, sunset, and mid-day views of the Gulf over other rooftops was really nice. Overall very nice, well appointed and with plenty of towels and starter soaps. A few maintenance items will be noted to the agent, but did not affect our stay. On-site pool is nice, but not heated, however 2 community pools are heated. Check in was easy, but we didn’t receive notice of ready until after our check in time. We arrived promptly at 4PM & had to call to get in the gate but were helped immediately. Room was still being cleaned, but we got in 30 minutes after we arrived.

The view was beautiful, properly well maintained and gated. Quiet and respectful. I do wish two towels were allocated per person if they stay over 2 days. I would have your maintenence team would work on the bottom floor bathroom. Cracked tiles, mold and mildew. Lastly, shout to the gentlemen who worked on our elevator. They were awesome.

Termites

Beautiful home, but horrible termite issue. It was sprayed once, but then even more termites came back and started flying through cracks on each level of the house. The house needs to be repaired and treated for termites, not just sprayed.I highly recommend that no one stays at the house until the proper repair and treatment is done.

Great stay, minimal inconveniences

Overall this was a great stay. Would have given 5 stars, but had 2 minor issues. First, the water/ice dispenser on the fridge did not work. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we’d have known this beforehand. Second, the light in the pool did not work which bummed the kids out. Otherwise, the house and location were great.

Coastie Spring Break 2026

We were a party of 8! This was my son’s spring break from the US Coast Guard Academy so we brought him home! The neighborhood & house were awesome! We were very comfortable and able to cook our planned meals! Very safe. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

3 generations family vacation

We loved our stay and were all sad we didn’t stay longer. The elevator helped with my 80+ mom being able to get from pool, rooms and living area. We drove to the beach and wonderful restaurants but also enjoyed cooking several meals here. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or to get some “me time”. We will be back.

The rental was comfortable it was a nice stay for the 2 nights we stayed but we did notice a few flaws. First the house has roaches. It was a little hard falling asleep after the first few we saw. The blinds in the 2nd floor was dirty like something was spilled and never cleaned and some were very dusty. The house didn’t provide Netflix or Disney plus so we had our kids use their tablets. I do have to say the elevator inside was in great use. Beds were comfortable, couches were comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing. Some door knobs were really hard to turn to go out to the balconies.

Beach side oasis

We loved every minute in the house!! It was clean, spacious, warm and inviting. We loved the beach theme in every room. Spacious dinning room and living room. There was enough space for all of us to play games and hang out in the evenings. The pool was fantastic!! We would stay there again!!

Coastal retreat

Lots of space to relax and unwind especially on the balconies and roof top deck where you can see the beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds and great family room. Lots of wonderful family memories made this summer.
