Parking is tight when all units are occupied. The house needed a more thorough cleaning—we found dog hair on several beds and ended up washing some sheets ourselves. The washer initially wouldn’t start, but we were able to get it working after some troubleshooting. Some outdoor lights weren’t working; the team came to fix them, though a few remained out. The AC struggled to cool the downstairs back bedroom and only lowered the temperature a few degrees, while the upstairs stayed more comfortable. Towels were limited—we received three bath towels for a home that sleeps 12—though the pool towels provided were nice. The exterior could use some upkeep: a broken grill was left outside, and there was pet waste nearby even though we didn’t bring a dog. There was also a lot of trash. Several pieces of outdoor furniture and the hammock were worn or not usable. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and body wash, as no starter toiletries were provided. The downstairs shower is quite small, which may be challenging for some guests. The pictures of this place made it look way better than it was.

The house was great and clean, cute decor and we Loved the roof hangout. Every room has it's own ac/heat unit so if the central system isn't set to your preference your room to what you want. Only complaints were the dishwasher didn't work and the broom we had didn't have a handle so we couldn't sweep properly.
