A magnificent cypress-lined avenue leads to the villa, which offers a breathtaking view of the famous Antinori vineyards. This villa is spread over a completely fenced private land, the garden of about 5,000 square meters (1.5 acres) hosts a splendid infinity edge swimming pool and a jacuzzi, for which the three apartments that are part of the villa share the use.
From May 1st to October 15th the jacuzzi and the outdoor swimming pool (not heated) are open.

We are located in Val di Chiana, a few kilometers from Cortona, a city of art famous for its conformation and also thanks to the film Under the Tuscan Sun.
From its walls you can enjoy splendid views, shops and restaurants. In a few minutes you can also reach Lake Trasimeno, perfect for those who love walking, enjoying a sunny day on the equipped beaches or doing water sports.
For wine lovers, we are in a convenient position to also reach Montalcino and Montepulciano, if instead you want to immerse yourself in a day of shopping the Valdichiana outlet can be reached in 20 minutes, otherwise you can get to Arezzo in 40 minutes, while Siena is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away and Florence 1 hour and 30 minutes.

On level - 1 there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron shared by the three apartments.
Children and animals are not allowed.
