We go to Mexico often and this resort was on another planet. The food was incredible. The hotel was at 87% capacity and we never looked for a seat or a pool chair or a beach chair or in a line for anything. Pour your own drink stations all over the resort was a first for us and our butler was simply the best. This was unlike anything we have experienced and are already planning our return in a few months. It was simply 12/10

We have stayed at other all inclusive properties in Cancun but this was the first at Majestic Elegance. We stayed on the family side of the resort as we have two teenage girls. Every meal we had was phenomenal! The resort never felt crowded and there was always chairs available at the pools and beach. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. Andrew was part of the Funjestic team. He made our trip extra special. Always telling us what activities were happening and keeping us involved! We hope to book another trip soon!
