Staff was fantastic, food options were great, the TVs were in a very odd spot on the bedroom that don’t turn towards the bed making it hard to watch TV, however the staff took care of this and installed a swivel TV stand. The rooftop plunge pool was fabulous. Excellent service. The water was not as blue in this area as other parts of the Cancún, playa del carmen area. So if you’re looking for pure blue water this may not be the spot for you. Wonderful staff, good food and excellent resort overall.

The Club staff was so friendly and accommodating. After realizing it was our wedding anniversary, they set up our room for a romantic evening with scented hot tub, wine, and decorations to make our last night memorable. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the beaches, pools, and restaurants. Our first night we had the Mexican food and went with some special wine, guacamole prepared to our taste in front of us, and flaming shrimp and flaming dessert. Overall a great experience and well needed vacation!

Daniella is fun, energetic and sexy 😉, Mike and Eduardo are attentive and so nice, and Guadalupe makes the BEST quesadillas. Our Butler, Aaron, was absolutely the best! Beautiful resort! Came with a group of 10 people. Everything was done to perfection. Clean rooms, great entertainment, food was amazing, and staff were fabulous!! Will definitely becoming back.
