Love Majestic Elegance! This is our second time and definitely will be coming back again. Everyone is extremely friendly! The food is some of the best resort food we've ever had in Mexico, and the beach is nice. Also, very clean with great room options. Highly recommend! And to do the 'Club' thats a must and makes the experience.

I cant recommend this place enough. We were a little skeptical because all of our stays before were st The Finest. But Majestic Costas Mujeres is TOP TIER!!!!!! We got a Swim Up Suite with Jacuzzi on the Elegance side. It was amazing, we used the Swim Up every day. We were on the 4000 block side of the buliding and it was not busy at all (as far as people being in the pool part by the swim up). I cant speak on the 2000 or the 3000 block of the building as that is closer to the adult pool. But even at the 4000 block you're only a short walk to that side of the building. Room was amazing, butler was included, Eduardo helped us with whatever we needed. He made the trip/room that more enjoyable as we didnt know something like that was included! There's a beach (a little seaweedy, but who cares.... another short walk from our room)...tons of cabanas and plenty of beach bartenders to get you whatever drink of your choice is needed. Also the service in general at Majestic Costa Mujeres was AMAZING, everyone is so nice and welcoming. There's 7 food options to choose from. But Mar House, the French restaurant, and the Italian restaurant are the cream of the crop imo. Lastly you dont have tonworry about being bored, as they have something planeed every hour from sun up to sun down (if you'd like to attend the events. From foam parties in the pool, to Michael Jackson and Queen shows. To a Wrestling show (ring included) or a huge Mexican party or White party. Its amazing

We are extremely happy with our stay at Majestic excellence Costa Mujeres. We had two rooms, which were upgraded to front ocean view suites upon check in. Both rooms had second floor with a hot spa and huge balconies to enjoy the view at. The dining options were amazing. No reservations were required to any of the restaurants except French and teriyaki even with the reservations we didn’t have any problems. The beach was fabulous, very soft white sand, and blue waves of Caribbean ocean, we had some sea weed,with was at the beach, which was taken care of by equipment every single morning. The show and the entertainment went wonderful, we had so much fun, dancing, and watching the entertainment in the evening. Drinks and food, rooms, and the staff were all up to the level! We will definitely come back to adults only section of the resort in the near future!

Grounds were beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, room was beautiful, variety of family friendly events. But, there are limited events for adults after 10pm, experienced food poisioning from undercooked food, room smelled damp/like mildew from mop that was not properly cleaned.

This is our new favorite resort! We had a rooftop plunge pool that was stunning and private for relaxing. The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, and the entire team wants you to be enjoying yourself. Food was the best we have had at an all inclusive! We will be back! We loved our butler, Tete! Bartenders were wonderful as well. We really loved Enrique, Martine at the adult pool bars. Alvero was amazing at the show bars and the craft cocktails at the main inside bar. Maid staff did wonderful and shows were fun!

They upgraded our room without us asking. We had butler Leonardo that went above and beyond with us asking. He made my birthday and anniversary very special. Misael the club pool bartender was AWESOME! He made our daytime in the pool so much fun! Best drinks and shots. He made us laugh so much. He was so fun. The food was great. We loved the French Bistro and Mar House the best. The white night and Mexican party we fun. The food was great. The two shows we watched, Queen and Michael Jackson were really good. Overall this resort is by far the best we have been to. We have been to a bunch and really nice ones.

This was our first time at this resort. We’ve been other AI resorts and this experience topped them all! -it was a glorious experience for us! The staff and the food really were impeccable! We tried all of the restaurants during our nine nights and each experience was wonderful. The food, the service, the atmosphere- amazing! Our butler was so thoughtful, helpful and accommodating but never intrusive. The beach was beautiful and we were greeted and treated each day by all of the staff at the adults only beach bar with joy and amazing service with smiles. We also visited the spa for hydrotherapy and a massage at the beginning of our stay and had a glorious experience there that really settled us in for the relaxing unplugged days to follow. We stayed on the adults only side, and I highly recommend this resort for couples wanting a worry-free, romantic get away. I CANT WAIT TO RETURN, and (as I’ve said to others since) I’d be afraid to try another AI resort after this- it topped all of our past experiences in every way!

The rooms are very spacious, the resort is big enough to take walks on beautiful pathways. Nightly entertainment was great, wish they would announce a weekly schedule instead of daily. The beach is a true gem of this resort, cleaned on the daily basis, with very comfortable lounge beds. Eventhough the resort has a family side and adults only, I would say it is geared more towards adults, there are no water slides or playground for kids outside. We will for sure be coming back.

Great resort! Clean, comfortable, plenty of restaurants and pools to spread out the crowd and enjoy. The food was exceptional. Staff was attentive and helpful. Only negative was that a couple meals were not served hot, and it took a few days to get our mini fridge repaired/replaced.

The best resort ever. The cleanliness, the amazing service whether it’s food or drinks or anything for that matter. The attention to detail from the staff has been the best I’ve ever seen. Unbelievable food options and the best tasting buffets and I am not a buffet person usually, but the quality of the food is top notch from breakfast lunch and dinner. Would come back 100 times. Lots of activities and if you’re a beach person like me, you will absolutely love this beach. Well maintained and stunning sunrise. Amazing resort! The hospitality from all staff is amazing. Not one employee ever looked like they hated their job, they were always happy and energetic! Chan was our Butler and he went above and beyond we could have asked for! His attention to detail was perfect! Made my wife and I very comfortable throughout our stay. The activities they have at the resort also very good! Queen tribute while we were there did not disappoint, it was awesome. House keeping was great, cleaned daily. We had the elegance club swim up suite jacuzzi on the adult only side. The room was clean, very elegant and luxurious. Plenty of food options!! Room service was also very good and quick. We will definitely be returning to this resort!
