The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and inviting living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. From this level, you have direct access to a terrace. A bath with WC is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find a living and sleeping room furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm and 1 french bed of 160 cm, with an exit leading to a second terrace. A small additional room on this floor accommodates 1 french bed of 140 cm. The second upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a room with sloping ceilings ranging in height from 100 to 300 cm, fitted with 2 single beds of 80 cm each and 1 french bed of 160 cm, as well as a shower with WC. Throughout the property, natural stone floors lend an authentic and elegant character to the interiors.
