It was ok. I usually stay at the Bayview. Having check in phone calls while you are trying to say goodbye to family is little annoying. Never had another hotel do that. Probably won’t stay there again. Noisy in the morning if you get in on a late flight…

Comfy beds, big soft towels, clean soft linens. Ample free parking. Nice lounge area in reception with self serve coffee in addition to Kuerig machines and supplies in each room. Staff is helpful, quick, efficient and very kind.

Construction at ten pm at the back of hotel. They forgot to put towels in the room. I don’t understand why you pay extra for pets but then get a room with half patched drywall and torn up carpet. Beds were comfy and pillows perfect! And there’s one of those automated coffee machines. Staff were very friendly.

The property is renovated and very clean The kitchenette is very handy. The hotel is very close to all amenities, easy to shop or drive to outdoor explorations. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The room was very clean. A very comfortable bed and the shower was incredible. Great staff. The only downside is that there is minimal handicapped parking, and no elevator. Would stay again if we were visiting Courtenay.

Possibly stay again

It was a nice stay. Rooms were clean, building looks nicely renovated. Only a couple of suggestions. Bathrooms are small. Bottles of water in the fridge. Possible continental breakfast? Oh, and people at desk in evening need to be more alert.
