Brand New Studio in the Heart of Cozumel

Studio Gracia is a brand new addition to Studio 55's rental units. The entire property has five studios, Studio Gracia being the newest, and largest one. 

The unit is absolutely gorgeous. The owner has spared no expense in both creating and furnishing this unit to the highest standards: a top-of-the-line mattress, high thread-count sheets, a (small), but fully stocked kitchen with a marble countertop, and a large beautiful bathroom.

And here's the one unique feature about Studio Gracia and the other units in Studio 55: long-term rentals include all utilities and services, including electric and fiber optic high-speed internet. Including the cost of electricity for monthly rentals is unheard of on the island, and throwing in super speedy internet service on top of that is just icing on the cake!

If you are interested in spending time in Cozumel for less money without sacrificing comfort, Studio Gracia is really the best deal around for weekly or monthly stays.

And, as an added bonus, the owners live in a separate house adjacent to the studios and have been islanders for 40+ years. You have a wealth of information right next door where they live with their small chihuahuas.
