Loved the location and the pools, the beach was nice but I was hoping it was bigger, the food was decent but also it was hard to have dinner at the restaurants there was over an hour wait to be seated even at the buffet. And some of the food was not so good and very limited options and some areas. The balcony had a great view but the door kept jamming, the ac need it some work, it never got cold in there. The hotel is great and it has a great location, but it is it desperate need of some renovations specially in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help and accommodate any situation to the best of their abilities. The restaurants need to be bigger or there needs to be a better system in place to serve people, we never even got to try one of the restaurants because every time we tried to get on the list they said it was already at capacity and this was 2 hours before closing

My husband and I stayed here 7 years ago the property was in a much better condition. This time around the property looked older, pool was not clean, & just overall look of the property was more rundown. So rundown that on our last day the door to our room got stuck and we couldn’t get our suitcases out to leave to the airport. The suitcases had to be brought down through the balcony. What a terrible experience. The staff are all very kind. The buffet has a lot food options and the food is eh. The dinners are a lot better. Book at your own risk.

Diria que Excelente las condiciones de la propiedad en general, con 2 excepciones para mí que sería el area de playa algo pequeña para la cantidad de gente que puede hospedarse en este hotel y la otra el desempen̈o del Gerente de Recepción en turno DIEGO BURGOS que siento que pudo resolver de una mejor manera una simple solicitud por parte de un huesped al que se le debe tratar para que regrese y no que le queden dudas en volver. Pero por lo demás como la limpieza, el servicio por el demás personal diria super amable, excelente ambiente, los animadores en la alberca, los restaurantes buena comida, etc, Gracias !!!

We have stayed here several times. It seems to be improving, especially the quality of the food. I also like the change in how to use the restautrants. I did not like the fact that ice cream only had one flavor at a time. It would also be nice to have a non-dairy option. It was also disappointing that our final night the evening entertainment was changed without much explanation. we had been looking forward to the karoke all week! Not a great way to end our trip!

I’ve stayed here the past 5 trips to Cozumel! At first it was awesome but over the years the food has went down hill! Will be looking for a different resort on the next trip to Cozumel! Long lines for dinner as they no longer do reservations or have a dress code that they adhere too anymore!
