Great location, in need of a little TLC.

Hotel location is amazing, food is great also. Massive lack of information provided upon check in with regards to bars and restaurants, the app is out of date and opening times of places doesn’t match reality. Room as lovely but bathrooms are dated. Pools need touching up, just the small details let this place down.

Very disappointed in the buffets they seem impossible to find the restaurant food was great, but there’s no menus everything you had to scan with your phone. Had to run back to room to get my phone. No maps were handed out …no discussion about the proprty or activities everything had to be scanned. Not as described on Expedia.

Staff was excellent but the ammenities need to be updated. Many rooms had plumbing problems including mine but the mgt made accomodations for me quickly. Great being an adults only resort paired with being able ot go to the other two adjoining resorts to eat and explore. All in all is was a good stay but some updating needs to be done to get this resort up to par.

Secrets Aura Cozumel was the perfect romantic escape. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front Plunge Pool King was absolutely worth it—waking up to panoramic ocean views and having our own private plunge pool just steps from the beach was unreal. The romantic dinner on the pier was the highlight of the trip—beautifully set, incredibly peaceful, and the service was flawless. Throughout the entire resort, the staff was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, adults-only getaway with unforgettable moments.

Food was below average. Facilities seemed dated and dirty. Was expecting more of a luxury resort felt I paid Way too much for what it was. Places around where we stayed were much cleaner and nicer for sure .. wish I would have known that before I spent 8,500 on this place. I will say most of the staff seemed friendly we ventured out of the resort area and had better experiences.

The staff is great. Food is good. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is great. The down side is this preferred and unlimited stuff. You don’t need it. You can do everything on the property and enjoy the sea and pools. There are signs on some of the beach cabanas but not all of them. If you use one without a sign, about halfway through the day this guy comes around and demands 100 bucks or move out. The worst is the shops. Buy nothing here. They charge you 4 to t times what things should cost. A tube of sunscreen is 36 dollars. Ocean shoes are 38 dollars and a mask and snorkel is 58. You can buy all these at the local market for 20 bucks. Exhortation. It’s a very nice resort. Advertised as adults only but it is connected to a family resort. A bit odd but that’s the least of it. I would stay there again. Good but not great.

It was my daughters birthday. The property was in a great location, other than that the rest of the stay was lacking in charm. This was our first time staying in an all inclusive. What a let down, most of the drinks seemed watered down and the food choices weren’t very appealing. They offer an app to checkout the restaurants which rarely worked. Most restaurants were either closed or had the same menu as the other restaurants which were closed majority of our stay. The rooms are severely outdated. Stains all over the wall and rooms are poorly insulated and trap in lots of moisture leaving the floors wet the entire time. Furniture was all stained and dirty. My daughter even found a bug in her bed. This was such a let down, but we made the most of it. We travel a lot, this was by far the worst hotel we’ve encountered.
