EVERYTHING was AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about our host, Robert, property manager Sandy, and ALL the awesome staff. Not only were we in Paradise, but everything was top notch from the fluffy towels, the soft sheets, the comfy beds, and they actually had plenty of soap/shampoo/conditoner! The kitchen was completely stocked with all the things needed to cook an elaborate meal, just need the chef! We needed more towels, bedding (we like lots of pillows) and it was no problem. Super accomodating. The pool was lovely, everything was spotless, and the staff were so friendly including the security guards at the gate which made us feel even more safe. The Money Bar was literally across the street and we even got a discount for staying here! Needless to say, we went often. I’ve been coming to the island for over 30 years, and I’ve stayed from the Westin to the Presidente, whole luxury house to penthouse condos, and I will say this is probably my FAVORITE place. We WILL be back in the near future!! My only suggestion would be to have a little book for guest to sign and give personal suggestions on things to do on the island. I love hearing about others experiences and reviews of the local attractions. I can not say enough good things about 411! Thank you to all who made our stay on this perfect little island INCREDIBLE!! We love Cozumel and its people!!!
