For the price of the room, it was very dated and lacked basic features expected of accomodation now days. It reminded me of a standard hotel room 20 years ago, both of features and styling. I would not stay here again until significant improvments to the facilities are made. the bathroom in particular can use a major overhual. For instance, the spa advertised with the room barely worked and was extremely noisey. Not worthy of the $547/ night price tag.

We were given a random compliant art upgrade and in accepting it I informed the team member we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. To our surprise and delight there was a chilled bottle of Pipers sparkling wine awaiting us with a handwritten card of congratulations. This was a personal touch that we very much appreciated. Thanks for making our stay extra special. The room quality and the restaurant experience were superb.

Superb location and very comfortable stay. Parking was easy and choices of walks available. Pity bathroom towel rack was missing.

We will return one day.

So happy we stayed here. A clean and modern hotel with great public areas and very comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar area was welcome after a big day of walking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were excellent and the hotel has everything you need. Breakfast was ok & there is a restaurant for lunch & dinner too. We would stay again.

So noisy

The walls are sooo thin - you can literally hear anyone walk down the hallway, cough in the next room, open any door, flush the toilet, etc. I was kept up until past midnight because the rooms on either side of me had children running around / slamming doors. The staff are INCREDIBLE (and this isn't their fault), wish the hotel would invest in soundproofing considering the nightly rate.
