The family room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Convenient to have a microwave and kettle in the room which makes it so much easier to have a quick meal without going to the restaurant. Staffs were friendly and polite and the pool facility was very clean too, the pool wasn’t not deep so it’s children/beginner Friendly and the water temperature is just perfect, nice and warm. Only thing to improve in the rooms is making sure the cutlery were clean, ours had stains probably from previous stay but no harm in cleaning them ourselves.

Great comfortable stay. We chose this hotel for the good reviews from previous visitors and its proximity to London Gatwick Hotel. Warm welcome, straight forward check in and a nice quiet night. Rooms are spacious with all amenities you would expect. Parking available on sote for £10. We had an early flight, so left before breakfast. Happy all round and a great way to break up the journey, avoid a long early drive if you have an early flight with kids.

Internet worked well and laundry facilities were excellent. One could buy soap from front desk and machines were complimentary to use, a huge gift to travelers. The machines took a little long but facilities were very clean and well kept up. Front desk was attentive, accomodating, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property.
