This home features an expansive deck with fantastic views of Creede and the surrounding mountains. This home provides a feeling of privacy and seclusion in an unmatched mountain setting. It is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for the ideal San Juan Mountain getaway.

Our 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom and a loft, 3.5 bath, classic Colorado cabin is situated above Bachelor Loop overlooking Creede and the Rio Grande River Valley. The property is furnished with rustic, quality furnishing, and mountain decor. It features a wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and stainless steel appliances in the main living space. A second living space provides additional sleeping space and serves as an excellent retreat for kids.

NOTE: 4WD/AWD is required in winter (Thanksgiving through late March) and recommend throughout the year.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or the Christmas/New Years holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
