Nestled just a stone’s throw from the tranquil Killick Creek and a leisurely walk to the village CBD and main beaches, Maxi Jean Retreat offers the ideal escape for those seeking the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. This charming two-storey home features three bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a covered outdoor entertaining space, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples.

The ground level has been recently renovated and features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, rangehood, and dishwasher. There are two generously sized bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two bunks. A newly designed combined bathroom and laundry offers a shower and toilet for added convenience. At the rear of the property, you'll find a covered outdoor entertainment area, perfect for dining or relaxing.

The upper level, added in the early 1990s and still in its original glory, offers a cosy retreat with a spacious bedroom featuring built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, along with carpeted floors throughout. The combined living and dining area is comfortably air-conditioned with reverse cycle A/C, and includes a basic kitchenette (no oven or stove) for light meals. A charming French-style window arch adds character to the space, while the newly renovated bathroom includes a shower and toilet, completing this delightful hideaway.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
