Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti !!! Tämä huoneisto on kirjaimellisesti muutaman askeleen päässä laskettelurinteiltä ja kaikilta pohjoisen alueen aktiviteeteilta. Kävele vapaaseen kaupunkiliikenteeseen p��äst��kseen kaupunkiin ja rentoutua yhteisön porealtaassa pitkän päivän jälkeen. Tämä on täydellinen huoneisto lomallesi vuorille! Koska se on niin lähellä pohja-aluetta, on helppo tulla talvella hiihtolomalle ja lounaalle jättämättä paljon aikaa rinteille! Huoneisto on päivittänyt kylpyhuoneet ja keittiö. Keittiössä on liesi, ei liesi. Yksi makuuhuone sijaitsee pääkerroksessa ja toinen makuuhuone, jossa parvi on yläkerrassa. Älä missaa mahdollisuutta jäädä perusta-alueelle kaikkiin ulottuvuuksiin sormenpäilläsi!

Huomaa, että tämä monimutkainen parkkipaikka on erittäin vähäinen ja siinä on hyvin pieni erä edessä. Jokaisella Emmonsin yksiköllä on vain yksi pysäköintilupa, joten vain yhdellä laillisella autolla voi pysäköidä kyseisessä erässä. Se tulee ensin, ensin palvella. Saatavilla on ylivuotoa ja voimme tarjota sinulle kartan näiden alueiden sijainnista. Valitettavasti koeajot, RV: t tai vapaa-ajan ajoneuvot eivät ole sallittuja joko erässä tai ylivuotojen pysäköintialueilla. Jos aiot tuoda jotain näistä tavaroista / ajoneuvoista, järjestä erityinen pysäköinti Crested Butte Mountain Resortin seikkailukeskuksen Concierge Deskin kautta.

Valitettavasti Mt Crested Butte -palokunta ei enää salli Emmons bldg: n tulisijojen käyttöä.

Snug, but fairly well laid out. After speaking with property managers, several deferred maintenance and cleaning issues may be on the way to correction. Would give it another try based on positive reaction to issues raised.

The place is in the perfect location to the lifts and the town shuttle. The avalanche bar and grill is right next to the condo which is a great place to chill and grab something to eat after a long day on the slopes.

422 Emmons met all of our travel needs. I do think it’s important to note that this unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The convenience to the slopes more than made up to it, though. I would stay there again!

TINY, but still a very nice place

I have stayed at dozens of condos so this is not my first time renting on a ski trip. So I will bullet point our feelings of our stay: -- The unit was in great condition, nice, clean cozy and top notch from that perspective. Just beware that this is a very small. We have a family of 4 beware you will not be eating together nor could you hang out comfortably. There is a 3 person counter to eat at and it only has a 2 person couch and that is it. If you wanted to relax/chill after skiing, you were almost relegated to the beds. Oh and the bathroom(s) fit 1 person at a time with no exceptions. -- It had all types of dishes/pots/pans needed for any type of food you would have at the condo. It does NOT have an oven which severely limits the food options. Yes it was in the description but I either missed it or did not comprehend that a full condo had no oven. The town is basically closed at 9:00pm so you need to prepare accordingly. Just wanted to reinforce this for future renters --The unit is as close to the slopes as you could get but you CAN NOT ski in and ski out. There is 100 yard walk from the bottom of the steps(top floor unit) to the actual ski slope to strap on your skis/board. When there is a lot of snow you can ski about 50 yards from the place but that disappears once the sidewalks are cleared. -- There are 4 bars/restaurants at the base of the mountain and you are walking distance which is very nice . Just know everything is 9:00pm close and they are not really excited when you walk in at 8:30 to eat. -- Nice balcony enjoy the fresh air and keep your skis/snowboard(s) on which is needed. You will have ski clothes and accessories everywhere. With helmets, boots, gloves, coats, pants, hats, goggles you will have stuff everywhere. I really wish they put some hooks to hang some of the basics but that is just how we felt. -- We would not and did not use the hot tub. It is a "at home backyard" type and not really what we would call clean. Just our opinion so it may not be an issue to you. We enjoyed our stay and do not regret one bit choosing this unit.

No living space

Great location. However, despite having sleeping space for 6, the den only really has seating comfortable for 2. Very little light in the bedrooms/closets making it hard to find anything. Also, I wish there had been a locker associated with the unit, since it is up 4 flights of stairs.

Almost perfect

Excellent location! Seemed clean and comfortable. Small space with no oven but those are disclosed in the listing so no surprise. Things to be aware of: 1. there are several flights of stairs and no elevator. It’s a rough jaunt every time. 2. Bring your own snow shovel because the parking lot is barely cleared and there isn’t a shovel provided. We received 42 inches of snow over 48 hours and had no snow shovel to dig out. 3. The lighting upstairs is minimal. It was so dark I could barely see. Overall great experience

Great Location, Plenty of Stairs

The Emmons buildng is ideally located in the heart of Mountain Village. It's just a few minute walk to the Red Lady Express chair lift and the free shuttles to downtown. The unit itself is nicely equiped but does not include stove (cooktop only) or washer/dryer inside the unit, however there is a seperate coin operated laundry for the building. It should be noted this is a 4th floor unit without an elevator and the fireplace does not work, however the owners added and electric not heat distributing screen for ambiance. All four beds were comfortable enough for our brief stay, however we could not figure out the humidifiers and there were not instructions on how to use them. Showers were good however the 4 of us did run low of hot water in the showers. This was a Dad's ski trip and it wasn't as if we were taking long drawn out showers. It was fine for us, but don't take long showers at the same time. Unit is next door to Christy's Sport for rentals however I would recommend Butte & Co for skis as their selection is outstanding and provides a wider variety of options. Be sure to utilize the several ski valet options if you don't want to drag your skis up the four flights of stairs. Overall it was nice unit, comfy beds and a great location, very short walk (75yds?) to Red Lady Lift. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the 4 flights of stairs.

I dropped the remote on the floor and when i look under the bed to retrieve it was surprised to see the mess underneath, also wasn't to odd but surprised there wasn't an oven. over all liked it, will probably look elsewhere for next year that is not 3 flights a stairs up.
