Nauti maailmanluokan hiihto, ratsastus, pyöräily ja retkeily meidän tilava, 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy kaupunki kotiin. Yksikkö on 1450 neliöjalkaa ja sijaitsee vain 200 metrin päässä Mt. Crested Butte: n perusalue ja Silver Queen -nosturi. Tämä kätevä sijainti mahdollistaa hiihtoa kotitekoiseen lounaaseen. Pitkän harjoittelun jälkeen voit nauttia liottamalla jaetun porealtaan tai Master-sviittien oma poreallas. Koko monimutkainen sai uuden ulko-, kannet ja kaiteet kesällä 2015.

Anna tilava labi, johon kuuluu suuri vaatekaappi takit ja hiihtopuvut. Sekä Master Suite että Guest Suite sijaitsevat tälle tasolle. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, TV, oma kylpyhuone ja pinottava pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Yläkerrassa on tilava olohuone, jossa kaasutakka, TV ja suuret etelään päin olevat ikkunat. Nauti ruoanlaitto tästä päivitetystä, syödä keittiössä kaasuliesi. Keittiö on täysin varustettu luomaan suuria aterioita ja muistoja perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

Yläkerrassa on myös kolmasosa kylpyamme ja kerrossänky. Kerrossängyssä on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja parivuode TV: llä. Täydellinen setti lapsille! Kaksi kaksoisilmatyynyä toimitetaan, jos tarvitaan lisää nukkumista.

Jos haluat syödä ulkona, käydä 200 metrin päähän perusala-alueelta tai saapuessasi vapaata sukkulaa ajoradan pohjaan kaupunkiin.

Yksikkömme sopii erinomaisesti useille pareille ja / tai perheille. Sijaintia ei voi lyödä. Vain 200 metrin päässä tukikohdasta voit aloittaa päiväsi varhaisella kävelyllä Camp4Coffeeille, pudottaa lapset hiihtokouluun, mennä putoamaan yöllä tai nauttia apres skiista ja ravintoloista kävelyetäisyydellä. Ei tarvitse ylittää katuja päästä vuorelle.

Tule nauttimaan Crested Buten pikkukaupungin charmista, koskemattomasta ympäristöstä ja majesteettisista näkymistä. Olitpa tullut klassiseen kulhoon hiihtoon, jyrkille rinteille, maastopyöräilyyn 401-polulle, vaellukselle, kalastukselle tai kesäisin kesäkuiduille, näet miksi rakastuimme tänne!

Huomautus: Kesä 2018 kylpytynnyri vaihdetaan. Tämän seurauksena suurin osa kesästä kylpytynnyri ei toimi.

Maksuehdot: Jos varaus tehdään yli 60 päivää ennen saapumista, 50% maksetaan varauksen yhteydessä erääntyessä 60 päivää ennen saapumista, jolloin varausta ei palauteta. Jos varaus tehdään 60 päivän kuluessa saapumisesta, koko summa erääntyy kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä, eikä sitä palauteta. Well-stocked condo steps from the slopes

We enjoyed our time at this cozy condo right off the base area in Crested Butte. The best part was the condo was so well-stocked! Plenty of dishes, pans and even spices and things you don't want to buy just one time. It also had all the toiletries, although I'm sure that varies from one guest's use to another. But, it was awesome to not have to buy paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. It has a great cabin feel and was a great spot to return to after a long day of skiing.

Truly Ski in Ski out!!! Location Jack Pot! Beautiful Condo

This was our 3rd trip to Crested Butte for a ski vacation and our most favorite location and condo by far. We absolutely loved this and Andy the owner was exceptional to work with. Seriously, the greatest location to the base. Parking was an ease. Inside you will find everything you need to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen item we needed including condiments and spices. We were delighted to see a brand new box of pancake mix and syrup, butter in the fridge, coffee, all the things you want to have when you get somewhere and you don't have to run to the store to get the little things. The beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for privacy. Book this place. It was spotless, it is beautiful and close to the base for summer or winter activities. Andy is a dream to work with. You won't be disappointed.

The listing is deceiving.

The say upfront that the condo sleeps 6, but it only sleeps 4. All other listing that state upfront how many it sleeps makes sure there’s a real bed or a sofa pull out. This place is underhanded. They say 6 and how they get to 6 is by putting blowup mattress in the closet. How they get away with it is the burry the detail deeper on the site. If you need more than 4 in a real bed don’t come to this place. I called the property manger and he refused to work with me, was actually rude. We stayed because we had to but never again. Owners aren’t ethical!

Upon arrival we were pleased with easy parking and access from lot for unloading. This property is located behind another row of condos that are truly slope side so there is a bit of a walk with your gear (unlike the lower condos that you can clip in at your back door) but like it says, maybe a 2 min walk if you ski down from Warming hill off to the side. If you are at the base/restaurants it takes a couple set of stairs up which is important to know if you have small children carrying gear. The unit itself is clean and private. The kitchen was well stocked and open. I do feel like the linens, blankets, and decor needs a little refresh to give the condo a 'warm cozy feeling' you look forward to at the end of a long day. Overall it was a nice place. The host was super friendly and communicative along the whole process.

Alpine getaway

This property is superbly maintained and very well-stocked. It's very comfortable, tastefully decorated, has lovely panoramic views, an awesome kitchen and is right above Mountaineer Square in Mt. Crested Butte. It's close to the bus stop and hiking trail areas. We had an awesome stay and the owner Andy is very friendly and helpful.

Great escape!

This condo is perfectly located on the mountain, comfortable, and Andy is great. My wife and I spent a week in Crested Butte and used the condo as our base for hiking, fishing and rafting. We found the condo welcoming and we felt at home right away. Andy was responsive and easy to work with throughout. Overall, we would recommend this for anyone looking to visit the area.

Condo with a view

We had a great time staying in the condo. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. There were 2 rooms locked that might have been extra bedrooms though. If we would have known there was a possibility of the extra bedrooms then we would have added at least o e of them for our stay. The condo was in the perfect place for going on the mountain and hiking. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Terrific condo and location

Andy (owner) was easy and enjoyable to work with, he responded promptly and was helpful. The condo was comfortable and clean and the location can’t be beat, truly ski in/ski out. We would definitely look to stay here again if we visit Crested Butte.

We enjoyed this location as it is a very easy walk to the slopes and to the ski village. The unit is very well equipped with all the needed amenities, plenty of space for a family of 5, and communication with the owner was top-notch. Thanks for a great pre-XMAS ski vacation!

Great location any season

Pros: Located at the base of the mountain. First floor walk in. For summer stays it is feet from Adventure Park, restaurants, and coffee (all but coffee were closed due to Covid though) however it was still nice to hang out around there. Kids played on treehouse playground and road bikes on pump track. Good size condo. Beautiful views from main floor (not of Crested Butte mountain but walk out the door, look left, and its staring right at you). Close to downtown, close to rec path, close to road (summer only) that leads to Gunnison National Forest. Owner was very pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay again! Cons: Not really a bad one, just mentioning for families with kids. There is multiple stair flights and it is hard wood so caution families staying with young kids that one small flight leads to kids bunk room and they have to come down to go up another set to main floor. It is actually a fun layout and spaces the rooms out but I was nervous at times with our 20 month year old. Thanks again for letting us make family memories and stay at your place!

First time in Crested Butte!

Loved our stay in Crested Butte! What a stunning area and Andy's condo is spacious and has amazing views from the large eat in kitchen! We only had 5 people, but there is plenty of room for up to 8 for sure. Everything we needed for a great stay and then some!
