Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.

Jadranovo. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
