This studio flat consists of one room (living/bedroom with kitchen and dining area in one room), only the bathroom is separated by a door. The beautiful balcony offers a marvellous sea view and is completely covered. For the hot summer days, the air conditioning comes in handy and can be used for a fee. Pets are also welcome in this flat. There is a private car park in front of the house in the courtyard.
