The apartment’s décor is an attractive combination of traditional timber and modern touches. The spacious living area is full of light thanks to large windows and glass doors that look out over the garden and the veranda. The room is furnished with a sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a wood-burning stove, 2 dining tables and a modern, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kettle.

The owners have taken as much care with the outside space as the interiors. The covered veranda in front of the apartment is furnished with a large dining table for meals al fresco and a stone BBQ

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a door out onto the garden.
Bedroom 2: This cosy bedroom, with wooden furniture and fittings, has 2 single beds and storage.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable double bed.

The sleek, modern bathroom has a glass shower, basin and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the small town of Adlesici, in the middle of the Kolpa Krajinski Park which borders the River Kolpa. Guests will find many activities including kayaking, fishing and swimming from one of the pristine river beaches. Away from the river, visitors can enjoy hiking or mountain biking through unspoiled landscapes in the White Carniola (Bela Krajina) region.

Crnomelj is just 10 minutes away. Here you will be able to find most necessities in the local supermarkets or smaller stores. The historic town is also home to a fascinating medieval castle and The Church of the Holy Spirit which dates back to the 15th Century. The Crnomelj Wine Cellar is a great place to sample the finest local wines and they can even arrange group wine tastings.

Ljubljana’s international airport is just over 2 hours away. Zagreb’s Franjo Tudman Airport is closer, 1 hour and 10 minutes from the apartment.
