The Bure Valley Railway miniature gauge railway takes a ride through open countryside with on/off stops to popular riverside villages and the market town of Aylsham. The City of Norwich has a splendid castle, market, excellent shopping, eateries, theatres, and museums. Those with cars can travel east or west from here and find a string of impressive beach habitats including wide sandy shores, salt and clay marshes, rolling dunes, and picturesque quays.
