The accommodation, located about 200 meters from the sea, is spacious and very bright. Two bedrooms, one with a sea view and one with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped, even for those who engage in the stove in an almost professional way, also equipped with small appliances such as microwave oven, electric juicer, toaster and electric kettle for tea and herbal teas or to have water ready for a last minute pasta dish.
Large and bright living room, which leads to a large balcony equipped with table, chairs for 4 people and, for barbecue lovers, a charcoal barbecue with a planter with aromatic herbs next to it. From the living room and from the balcony you can enjoy a spectacular view over the whole bay.

It is an accommodation created to meet the needs of the owner, therefore equipped in a simple but very functional way.

Nettes und gemütliches Appartement mit allem was man benötigt

Toller und flexibler Check-in durch Claudia. Appartement mit allem was man benötigt für den Urlaub. Sehr gute Lage und Klasse Sicht auf S'Archittu. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und Restaurants. Wohnung sauber, ordentlich und einer Küche in der nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft für die Familie

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und meine zwei Mädls und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon in die Bucht ist das absolute Highlight. Es war ruhig und möglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen (außer bei starkem Wind, da die Wellen dann sehr laut waren). In der Nähe ist fußläufig ein kleiner Supermarkt erreichbar. Dort gibt es täglich frische Brötchen und alles für den sonstigen Gebrauch. Einfach perfekt. Der nächste Strand kann ebenfalls zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in der nächsten Ortschaft ca. 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Auf dem Weg liegt auch das Restaurant Mamacita. Dort waren wir sehr oft, weil es sehr schön dort ist (tolles Personal, leckeres Essen). Auch in Richtung Oristano erreicht man beim Campingplatz Sardinia einen kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Echt toll. Ca. 5 Min mit dem Auto. Nicht zuletzt kann man von der Wohnung aus super Spaziergänge an Meer machen. Summa summarum sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Fewo mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Sardinien sehr genossen! Dazu hat nicht unwesentlich die schöne Wohnung mit dem tollen Ausblick beigetragen. Claudia, die nette Verwalterin, hat sich schon vor unserer Ankunft sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns mit Brot, Gebäck und Wein empfangen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern, den Bädern und der Kücher genügend Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Sogar Grillkohle ist da. Von einem Schlaf-, dem Wohnzimmer und dem Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer! Anfang Oktober war es sehr ruhig in dem Gebiet um die Fewo herum; lediglich der recht wenige Verkehr auf der Küstenstraße war geringfügig zu hören. Im Ort gibt es 2 Lädchen, einen etwas größeren Supermarkt wenige Kilometer entfernt in Riola Sardo. In Laufweite gibt es gute Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Westhälfte Sardiniens. Wir würden sie (imkl. Handtuchpaket) wieder mieten.

Große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Kontakt vorab verlief sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist gigantisch. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit.

Der Gesamteindruck ist in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr gut. Kleine Anmerkung zur Verbesserung: Der Balkon sollte mit einer Beschattungsmöglichkeit (Markise, zusätzlicher Schirm) ausgestattet sein, damit dieser auch zur Mittagszeit genutzt werden kann. Die Matratze ist sehr weich, müsste ggf. gewechselt werden. Sonnst alles ok.

Vacanza bellissima, mare, natura, buon cibo....

Leggendo le recensioni ci siamo orientati su questo appartamento, ed è stata una buona scelta: vicinissimo al mare(cinque minuti a piedi); ambienti ampi, puliti, due bagni; stupenda vista mare, specie la mattina a colazione; cucina super-fornita e barbecue. Il check-in puntuale e gradevole, tutto come preventivato. L' arco(s'archittu) sul mare, per i giovani è fantastico, ed anche tutte le altre spiaggie del circondario, che si possono comodamente valutare cercando le foto con google maps ad esempio. Vasta scelta di ristoranti tipici.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Die Wohnung hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und praktischerweise 2 Bäder. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und praktisch. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und vom Balkon hat man einen sagenhaften Blick. Man kann sehr schnell verschiedene Strände erreichen und die Restaurants vor Ort sind alle sehr empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt mit Claudia war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Posto molto bello. Per me (esiti di polio arto inferiore sx) piuttosto scomodo l'accesso in mare.

Posizione dell'appartamento ideale con vista a tutto campo verso sud ovest e tramonto nel mare. Appartamento con cucina super attrezzata. Doppi servizi, lavatrice e lavastoviglie ben funzionanti. Qualche piccolo problema alle saracinesche delle camere, comunque agevolmente risolto.. Ottima accoglienza e altrettanto alla fine del soggiorno. Ci si potrebbe ritornare. Complimenti.

Splendida vista e tranquillità

L'appartamento gode di una splendida vista dal terrazzo, abbastanza grande per poter cenare in tre/quattro al tramonto. Gli spazi sono ampi, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, la posizione tranquilla e ventilata, due bagni sono molto comodi. Spiagge e storia del Sinis sono a portata di mano. Sotto vi è anche un altro appartamento più grande, quindi ottima soluzione per vacanze con amici. Claudia, referente in loco per la proprietà, è stata gentilissima e prodiga di consigli. Omaggio di benvenuto molto gradito.

la Sardegna dei sardi

eravamo già stati in queste zone e ci erano piaciute spiagge e territori, anche perché meno turistiche di altre parti della Sardegna. La struttura è ideale per una famiglia, una cucina attrezzatissima e la vista sul golfo sono il top del soggiorno nella struttura. Una tv collegata ad una antenna però, almeno x vedere un tiggi a cena, bisognerà risolverlo. Grazie Claudia x la cortesia e assistenza.

Alles perfekt / Tutto perfetto

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Hausdame vor Ort war einfach super. In der Wohnung selber hat nichts gefehlt. Es lag selbst ungeöffnete Grillkohle bereit, so dass man direkt los legen konnte. Alle Gedanken die man sich vorher gemacht hat (brauche ich Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Öl, Gewürze usw.) waren umsonst. Man hat alles vor gefunden. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut organisierte Ferienwohnung gesehen. Einfach ankommen, Lebensmittel einkaufen und Urlaub machen. Die gut organisierte Küche und der wunderbare Blick aufs Meer und die unter gehende Sonne, waren ein Highlight. Danke Joanna, danke Claudia für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Siamo arrivati e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. La Comunicazione con la padrona è stata amichevole e con la responsabile (Claudia) anche. Tutte e due sono molto simpatiche e qualunque domanda avevamo fu risposta subito. L’accoglienza a S’Archittu è stata molto simpatica. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto quello che si ha di bisogno, fino al cibo per noi non dovevamo comprare niente. Una casa così ben attrezzata (sopratutto la cucina) e accogliente non abbiamo trovato mai prima. Una vacanza fantastica anche per la vista sul mare ed il tramonto dal balcone. Wunderschöne Reise

Nach knapp zwei Wochen in Joannas Wohnung mussten wir leider die Heimreise antreten, denn jeder Urlaub ist irgendwann einmal vorbei. Bereits die Schlüsselübergabe mit Claudia, die für alle Fragen und Wünsche während des Urlaubs Ansprechpartnerin ist, war super flexibel und auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Der Empfang mit Gastgeschenken wie Wein, Öl, Gebäck und hausgemachtem Limonenlikör hat uns sehr berührt und natürlich obe-rlecker geschmeckt.. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in S'Archittu. Da sie im ersten Stock liegt, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang direkt vom Balkon. Ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet. Zwei Bäder sind sehr gut, denn irgendwas ist ja immer, wenn man mit der Familie reist. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte nicht besser sein. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, man schläft sehr gut, insbesondere mit dem Rauschen des Meeres, das ja nur ca. 200 m entfernt ist.. Ein Highlight war zudem die Bootstour mit Gianni, Claudias Mann. Die Küste vom Meer aus zu sehen, ist wunderbar, das Meer in seinen vielen Farben. Die Gegend ist so abwechslungsreich, das wirklich jeder etwas für sich findet. Wellenreiten, Windsurfen, Schnorcheln, Tauchen, fantastisch Essen, Ziegen, Wasserfälle, Ausruhen, Sandstrand, Kieselstrand, Muscheln, wilde Brandung...die Liste ist unendlich. Nicht zu vergessen, dass die Wohnung nur 200 m von einer kleine Promenade entfernt liegt, an der sich 2 schöne Bars und Restaurants befinden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen und hat alles, was man braucht, insbesondere jeden Tag frisches Brot. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und danken Joanna und Claudia mit Gianni für einen richtig schönen Urlaub.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Blick

Eine sehr schöne und super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung nur 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Es ist alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Das beste jedoch ist der Blick von unserem Balkon vor Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.

Panorama fantastico

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, pulitussimo, molto ben fornito e l'accoglienza è stata strepitosa. Ci hanno anche accolto con un cesto di benvenuto pieno di prodotti deliziosi. I punti forte della casa sono però la vista sulla baia...il rumore delle onde che si sente e la grande tranquillità...il tutto letteralmente a due passi a piedi dal bellissimo lungomare di S'archittu!

Alloggio ideale

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento, fra l'altro molto fresco, con tanto piacere. La signora Claudia, persona molto disponibile e simpatica, ci ha accolti con un cesto di benvenuto pieno di prodotti locali. In casa non manca davvero nulla di ciò che può servire, ti senti come a casa propria. La vista mare dalla camera da letto e dal salone è davvero fantastica, non tutte le case del paese ne possono godere. Peccato che la vacanza sia finita, si stava davvero molto bene. Grazie alla proprietaria e alla signora Claudia che, come pochi, hanno capito il significato di ospitalità!

Esperienza positiva !

Ottima la posizione sia per rilassarsi sulla spiaggia locale a pochi passi che per escursioni alla scoperta della bellissima costa. L'appartamento è pulito e funzionale, non manca veramente nulla. La vista sul mare è splendida !
