Villa Bahia Vista is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located in a neighborhood close to the town of Dewey. The villa is situated on a hill with fantastic views of the bay, facing east towards the trade winds which keep the house cool and fresh everyday.

The house has air conditioning (bedrooms only), cable TV, full kitchen, private patio with a view, hot water and sleeping accommodations for 6 people (strictly enforced).

Culebra Island is located between St. Thomas and Puerto Rico and is part of the Spanish Virgin Islands.

Culebra Island offers more than 10 beautiful beaches, including Flamenco Beach voted the 3rd most beautiful beach in the world. We are very ecologically conscious and protect the beauty of our island; you will not find any resorts, cruise ships or golf courses on Culebra. Instead, we are surrounded by 21 small uninhabited islands which are perfect for exploring above or under water. Kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, diving, sport fishing and yacht chartering are some of the activities available on the island. Or, you just might want to relax and enjoy the view.

We loved this place. Didi, the on site manager was kind and helpful. The kitchen had everything we could want to prepare meals. Bathrooms were small but adequate, with plenty of hot water. There was air conditioning, but we only used it once - in the bedroom the night we arrived. The rest of the week we were there, the breezes combined with the screened and jalousied windows kept us comfortable. And that porch and view! The breezes kept the bugs at bay and I spent a great deal of time sitting, relaxing, and reading on the porch. Close to the airport so fun to watch the planes take off and land. They are small planes, so not noisy. Uphill from the school and playground. Close to La Piste for breakfast. Except for roosters, mostly quiet neighborhood. Could walk to town, but car is needed to visit beaches. Recommend jeep, not golf cart, especially for our favorite - Punta Soldata. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers there for your use. We love Culebra and will return. Hope this place is available when we do. Thank you, Didi and Jaime.

Great, clean place with great views and within short walking distance from the center of the village. The host was very friendly and welcoming. All 4 of us enjoyed this house a lot. The price was very reasonable, especially for a large group. Will be coming back!

We rented a jeep to visit outlying beaches, but apt is very convenient location to walk to shops, restaurants and snorkeling excursions. Kitchen well equipped, enjoyed coffee every morning watching sunrise overlooking the bay. The outdoor space with hammock, chairs and dinner table was nice to return to after long days in the sun. Used the coolers, chairs, and paddle ball every day. Also the outdoor shower a plus after days at the beach. Thank you !!

Jaime, our host was so kind and so responsive to requests and questions. Spent time to tell us about his favorite beaches and restaurants. The place was perfect for us “70 something’s”. It is conveniently located but sits up high so the views are wonderful. We walked to town and restaurants and took taxis to the beaches. We spent many happy hours on the covered porch with nice breezes and a hammock we took turns using. The place is clean and well equipped. Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t available. If I could change one thing it would be the roosters who talk to each other all day and all night. Bring ear buds or ear plugs! We stayed two weeks and it was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. Thank you, Jaime.

Just spent a week at this wonderful villa on Culebra with our two granddaughters! Located in a hillside neighborhood, this spot is great as a base for spending a week or just a few days on the island. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen, and has everything you need including beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs! Check in was super easy and smooth and the host and caretaker were quick to answer any questions we had. WiFi worked perfectly! Highly recommend renting this villa on Culebra!

Perfect spot to enjoy Culebra

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and the large deck provided a lovely space to enjoy meals, view the bay, and feel the island breeze. The manager, Didi, was available onsite and she was very helpful without being at all intrusive. The location was ideal, walkable to town and a short drive to the beaches. We would definitely return.

Perfect views

The property was perfect. Convenient to all of the beaches, just a short drive away. Zoni beach was the furthest at a 15 minute drive. The views off the balcony is terrific. And try not to miss the sunrise from the deck ortmoonlight

Culebra with a View

Our first time on Culebra after visiting Vieques several times. Culebra is a quiet retreat after doing the work of God on Vieques. We loved the quiet time beauty of the beaches and bay. We snorkeled every day and enjoyed the fine dining on the island. The house was perfect for a quiet getaway. Beautiful views overlooking the bay and close to the plaza. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a family to enjoy. Thank you again! We plan to come back again next year. Blessings!

A piece of heaven in paradise!

This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back. The patio is gorgeous and this is where we like to spend most of our time. The winds blowing in from the bay feel spectacular and the views are amazing. The house is immaculate and has more than everything you would ever need. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of extras. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are a definite bonus. There are plenty of outdoor extras including beach chairs, a grill, several coolers, beach toys, etc. There is an outdoor shower that is great to rinse off the sand and salt after a long day at the beach. The patio includes a large outdoor dining table as well as additional patio furniture for relaxing. Jaime is a great owner and keeps the property in great condition. Didi is a fabulous host and always makes sure you have anything and everything you need. They are part of the reason you'll want to go back. They make this place even more special. The property is located in a central area that makes it easy to get anywhere on the island. Next time we are in Culebra it will be based on the availability of this property. It's that good!

Wonderful warm winter vacation

We enjoyed our time on Culebra! We rented a vehicle (property has a nice gated driveway) and checked out a number of beaches. Great that the property had chairs, coolers and towels for those trips. We had our own snorkeling gear to explore the fantastic marine life (swimming the reefs with fish and sea turtles). Didi was a great host and offered some insights on the island. We LOVED the porch (view) and that each bedroom had a bathroom. Nice cross breeze on the hill so we didn’t use the AC…but that does mean you hear roosters in the morning, as you’d expect on Culebra. Short drive or walk to most stores/restaurants.

Central Location Great Harbor View

The apartment, located in a neighborhood a few blocks from the main road, was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the spacious and breezy outdoor seating and dining area with a view of the harbor. The hosts who live in the building were extremely responsive and helpful. The compact interior space was perfect for the two of us and we imagine it would also work well for a couple with two children; the mattress are firm.

Lovely house in Culebra
