The guesthouse is by the beach promenade at Cupra Marittima, with only a little shaded garden separating it from the beach. It offers two-room and three-room apartments with a balcony and sea view.

Nature explorers will be interested in the Museo Malacologico Piceno, a permanent exhibition of shells and crustaceans from all around the world. Within the municipal area there is also an archaeological park with excavations from Roman and pre-Roman times, whose finds are exhibited in the municipal museum.
