Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!

They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Bom custo beneficio.

Atendimento bom. Café da manhã bom de acordo com o custo benefício. Cama boa e limpa. Quarto organizado. Vista com sacada. Pessima acustica dos quartos. A noite tinha uma familia ao nosso lado que berrava aparentemente bebados na sacada, e que ficavam gritando dentro do quarto, atrapalhando o nosso descanso. Interfone nao funcionava corretamente. Banheiro limpo, porem, o box estava imundo. Quando chegamos, tivemos dificuldades para localizar o estacionamento, logo após descobrimos que era um estacionamento (péssimo atendimento) conveniado com o hotel, tivemos que ir andando com a mala na mao ate o hotel.

Já me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel. O custo benefício dele é muito bom, porém parece que não é realizado manutenções. Cada vez que eu volto tem várias coisas estragadas/não funcionando corretamente.

Razoável se você não for exigente

Uma coisa inegável é a educação dos funcionários. Porém o hotel precisa de melhorias. Estrutura um tanto quanto velha. A toalha disponibilizada estava limpa, porém rasgada. O edredom tinha uma mancha esquisita e o vaso sanitário parecia que a cada uso ia transbordar. A TV não funcionava o controle, o frigobar enferrujado e a porta que dava acesso a varanda estava com a tranca quebrada. O café da manhã era ok, nada de extraordinário, dá pra passar. Para uma estadia de um dia, pelo preço, dá pra encarar. Ahh, é vantajoso pra quem vai pra rodoviária, dá pra ir andando.
