I recently stayed at Hostal International House Cusco and had a great experience overall. The staff was incredibly pleasant and very helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the center of town with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The only downside was that the hot water in my room didn’t work during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else was fine, and the positive aspects definitely outweighed this small issue. I would still recommend this hostal to anyone visiting Cusco looking for a convenient, friendly, and affordable place to stay.

Everything about the hostel was great except for the poor ventilation in our room. I’m assuming this is what led to the mold growth that was there when we got there and persisted as we stayed. I am allergic to mold and had some respiratory problems. Aside from this, the staff was incredibly accommodating and provided us with everything we could need. The location was very close to everything we wanted to walk and do- it was very convenient!

Terrible experencia.

Me fue muy mal con este hotel. Al llegar nos asignaron la habitación sin ventanas y sin ventilación, no parecía nada a la foto que etsa en la página y solo tenía un tomacorriente, estaba muy pequeña. Tenía que solicitar que nos cambie. La habitación y nos cambiaron pero con una habitación con un balcón que tenía una puerta de madera muy antigua y no se cerraba bien. En general hotel es remodelado de una casa antigua pero no tiene mantenimiento, hay veces no tenía agua en todo el hotel. La habitación no tenía el espacio para poner una maleta grande.
