The villa has a large private outdoor space of over 1000 square meters made of garden and terraces in different levels; there is a private swimming pool fo 5x12 mt. equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas, external shower and a bathroom, covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco dinners; the terrace located on the first floor feature a solarium with jacuzzi with 4 seats 2x2 mt. which can be heated up to 30 degrees.

The Interiors of the villa is 280 square meters and develops in two floors, at the Ground Floor: Living and dining room (TV), fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom (WC and sink), 1 double bedroom (king-size bed 180 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower + single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Lower Floor: 1 double bedroom (king-size bed 180 x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower + single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
SPA Room: (heated indoor pool with waterfall and hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, herbal tea area, and relaxation zone), massage room, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers.

Villa Cornino is less than 300 meters away from the sea, guest can find sandy and rocky beaches with short walk away, the hamlet of Cornino offers some restaurants and grocery withing walking distance from the house, for larger town with supermarkets and other services needs to reach Custonati which is 4 km away. The nearest port or train station are in Trapani about 20 km away; Palermo airport 80 km; San Vito lo Capo 20 km;

Rentals roles:
Minimum stay 4 nights;
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00) upon request with extra charge
A security deposit of 1000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Important note: the tourist tax of 1.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 8 nights, to be paid at the check in time
