This recently built villa sits on a hill, near two other houses. From this privileged position, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Benamargosa Valley, where the hills offer a spectacular panorama.

The villa is comfortable and features rustic and traditional details. Its furnishings have been carefully chosen, which you'll see for yourself as soon as you enter the house. The spacious living-dining room leads directly to the open-plan kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub available for guests.

The villa has underfloor heating to ensure warmth and comfort even on those rare cold winter days, and air conditioning in the living room.

The outdoor area is just as inviting as the interior. On the porch, you'll find a comfortable outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals under the stars. Even so, the highlight of this house is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, which offers fantastic views of the surrounding hills and valley. The private pool is located in a fenced area about 15 meters from the house, accessed by steps; here, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle accompanied by the delightful fragrance of flowers.

The house does not have a barbecue, as it is located in a protected natural area. Therefore, it is equipped with an electric griddle for cooking delicious meals.

Access to the villa is via a 500-meter paved and unpaved track, characterized by curves and potholes, typical of the mountainous area where this house is located.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, es gibt eine gute Aussicht, da das Haus auf einem Berggipfel liegt, aus diesem Grund würde ich nicht mit kleinen Kindern dorthin gehen, da es nicht eingezäunt ist.

Prachtige omgeving, je denkt dat je nergens op uit komt, maar daar staat aan het einde van de hobbelweg toch echt een heerlijk huis met zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Sommige spullen zijn aan vervanging toe, zoals de douche en ook het zwembad kan hier en daar een nieuw tegeltje gebruiken, maar voor die prijs, heerlijk. Echt genoten. Alleen de kat was irritant, die liet ons niet met rust....

We have spend a 2 weeks family holiday and we absolutely loved it! The children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed tranquility and the absolute stunning views. The house and its surroundings is very pretty and it is 5 min. to Cutar were we had great tapas and everybody was so friendly to us. To the beach it is about half an hour with lots of bars and restaurants. We went as well to Granada, Malaga and Cordoba, leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening. Had a few times BBQ and enjoyed Mangoes and Lemons from Antonio who was ever so friendly! We hope to come back next year!!!

Vi boede i huset i en uge, som har en helt fantastisk beliggenhed med 360 graders udsigt til bjerge. Huset er meget rustikt og autentisk og var ved ankomsten rent og pænt. Huset har flere lækre terrasser med et tilpas stort poolområde til 5 personer. Hvis man er til fred og ro i smukke omgivelser er dette sted et perfekt mål for en ferie.

Dear Antonio, thank you so much for such a delightful stay in the wonderfully relaxing environment of your holiday house La Loma. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. What a spectaculour location. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning and watched the stars in the clear night sky. We loved the interior of the house, particularly the wonderful rustic features. We'll certainly be booking with you again, as well as telling all our friends.
