Tolle Lage der Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Eine Schranktür in der Küche fehlt, die Wohnung roch mehrfach nach verbranntem Essen, der Dunstabzug saugt offenbar Gerüche ein, das Schlafzimmer im Keller ist nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen.
