This pretty rooftop house in the quiet holiday home area offers 54sqm space for up to 4 people on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, as well as the living / dining room with dining area for 4 people, a cuddly sofa and TV, from here there is also direct access to the terrace and the adjacent garden. The shower room is also on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom and a small bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The whole house is equipped with shutters. The house has a small garden with a terrace, sandpit and swing. There is a storage room behind the house (e.g. B. for beverage crates, grill, etc.). In a few minutes you can reach the sandy beach and the center of Duhnen with numerous cafes, restaurants and leisure activities.

Ansich in Ordnung, schön wäre es gewesen ,wenn die Dusche immer warmes Wasser gehabt hätte und die Küche einen Backofen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist OK.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nicht weit vom Strand mit kleinem Garten und Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts, insbesondere für Kinder (Spielzeug, Schaukel usw.) Ein Gartenhäuschen enthält viel Zubehör wie Grill und Gartengeräte, und hat Platz für Fahrräder. Einzig die Küche ist klein und auch der Kühlschrank, ansonsten perfekt.

Super gemütliches kleines Haus für Familie mit Kindern

Das Haus war sauber, es war eine Waschmaschine und Spühlmaschiene vorhanden. Kinderspielzeug und Schaukel im Garten. Toller Urlaubsort, nicht weit zum Strand und Bäcker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gemangelt.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man so für den Alltag braucht. Der Garten ist komplett eingezeunt, so dass Kinder draußen bedenkenlos spielen können.

Lekker weekendje uitwaaien in Cuxhaven

We hebben een prachtig weekend in Cuxhaven gehad. Zelf de fietsen meegenomen, die konden 's nachts mooi in het schuurtje staan. Zo waren we heel flexibel en konden overal gemakkelijk komen zonder ergens de auto te moeten parkeren. Het huisje is klein, maar fijn. Messen zouden wel weer een slijpbeurt mogen hebben, dan lukt het beter om de groenten te snijden. Ook misten wij een kleed o.i.d. onder de eettafel, zo in het voorjaar krijg je dan op de tegels wel koude voeten. Verder is het huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, keurige keuken (denk om de Dolce Gusto cups!), prima badkamer en ook de slaapkamers zijn prima. Ook voor kinderen is het fijn, leuke boekjes om te lezen, een prachtige bak met Duplo (jammer dat de treinen het niet meer doen) en buiten een heerlijke zandbak en schommel. Zeker dus een aanrader. Hopelijk in de toekomst ook WLAN, het is lekker rustig zonder, maar toch ook wel makkelijk met ;)

Alles wunderbar!

Nicht super modern aber absolut tadellos in Ordnung! Sehr gute Kommunikation! Schön wäre noch eine etwas genauere Ausstattungsbeschreibung. So hätten wir die Aufbackbrötchen und den WC Sitzverkleinerer zu Hause lassen können.. Freudig überrascht waren wir (und die Kids) vom Spielzeugangebot! Gerne wieder!

Das Haus, sowie der Außenbereich ist echt super. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub dort richtig genießen. Unsere Kinder waren auch sehr begeistert, da es super kinderfreundlich eingerichtet ist und sogar Spielsachen zur Verfügung standen.

Urlaub in einem kleinem Häuschen( unser Hexenhaus)

Sehr ruhig und nah gelegen am Strand. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Natürlich gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten die man aber schnell beheben kann. Z.B Heizungsanlage auffüllen oder mal die Messer schärfen..... Ansonsten waren wir die 9 Tage sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jedem Fall wieder
