When my family and I showed up at the hotel about 13:00 I was terribly surprised by the lady receptionist that my reservation has been cancelled the date before due to the lack of rooms available. She said she already notified me by email; but I have never received it ! After I showed her my recent emails received without her said notification email; then, she started negotiating with me : she offered me 2 rooms with the price 500.000 VN dong for each room, and I had to pay in full for 3 nights (3.000.000 VN dong, in total), which I did. Unfortunately, during the first night stay I suffered "food poisoning" and had to evacuate to Saigon the next morning; then she refunded me only 500.000 VN dong (she kept 2.500.000 VN dong). The property is in good conditions (looked new); but amenities are inferior.
