I loved everything about tjis hotel. The lovation is the best! Its only 10 Mns drive to my khe beach, its 3mns walk to the han market which is close by to the money exhange, and another 15mns walk to cho-han market and its by the river front so close to the boat to watch the dragon bridge! So many close by cafes and good restaurants and also authentic food stalls! But thats not it, the breakfast was great! I stayed to a couple of different hotels and their breakfast was mu favourites, they have lot of options and also very tasty. Plus the staffs are good and very accommodating! Just want to mention the GSA sup Giang as she was very helpful and had organised birthday amenity for my dad and also gave us some advice where to go. I would suggest though to pay a couple more to get that nice river view it would be worth it!

The views were magnificent.. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating.. also was very helpful in getting the small issue with the hot water resolved. They were kind enough to apologise and offer us a letter of apology and as a kind gesture some fruit . Coffee shop at the bottom was convenient . Accomodated us with our late checkout .

The staff were helpful and I having an excellent coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. The bathroom was tight and not well laid out. For instance the toilet paper roll was mounted in an odd spot. I had a room which was a Deluxe Riverfront however the 'balcony' is only enough the stand up and take a photo with room for a chair. Lastly, I stayed at the Haian Beach and Spa location and their buffet was much better than the Riverside location.

I really loved my 15th floor room with an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge and more. The rooftop bar is worth visiting. The staff is very kind and friendly and very good food at the restaurant inside.

It is a good choice, the staff is kind and they helped us with everything. Beside all good points I have for this hotel there are 2 things worth to be mentioned, there is traffic noise and the bathroom in our room did nor have a window and smells humidity.

All staff were very kind and friendly. We felt we were very welcomed. We stayed at family suite with two adults and two children( 13 and 11 years old). The view was amazing and we could see the dragon bridge from our room. The room has plenty of space for four people. We could walk to the dragon bridge, Han market, Da Nang Cathedral, restaurant, cafe, popular souvenir shop and etc… It was very convenient. Also, Aroma spa was awesome. My boys loved the foot massage and my husband and me had 60 mins massage before going to bed. We could sleep very well.
