All staff were equally friendly. We were greeted by Nathan who arranged a lot of things for our party. The room was spotlessly clean. Lobby area has a Japanese theme. Pool is nice and clean and offers a good view from high level. Neighbourhood is safe, and within a 15 minute walk to the main area. We used Grab taxis for everything though. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I like everything! Staff are knowledgeable and always smiling. They kept our luggage on check out day so we could enjoy the afternoon in Da Nang and visit the temple. We stayed at Saha Casa Boutique Hotel Danang for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely the right choice! We actually fell in love with this hotel at first sight and even adjusted our travel dates just to book a room here. We stayed for three nights before moving to another place, and everything about our time here was wonderful. The room was spotless, the interior design was stylish and exactly like the photosโ€”such a beautiful atmosphere. The cafรฉ menu was delicious (definitely worth trying!), and the hotelโ€™s currency exchange rate was excellent. If youโ€™re worried about scams in the city, you can safely exchange money here without stress. Most of all, Nathan at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to him, we felt even more secure and comfortable, and our honeymoon in Da Nang became truly memorable. Highly recommendedโ€”we would love to come back again!
