The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we booked tours and transfers through the hotel which were a great price and so well organised. Thank you to the reception staff for all of your help. Kelly at reception was amazing. Easy to understand, very helpful, very friendly. Our room was great. Comfortable, clean, and able to adjust the AC or fan to our needs. We also swam in the small pool, which was very refreshing. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk into the old quarter. Always love Hoi An, and Thanh Van 1 was the perfect place to stay!!

A charming hotel! The staff were super friendly; the breakfast was excellent; just a few blocks from the Ancient Town, making great restaurants and sights easy to reach; the room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t get cold enough to make it that comfortable, especially with temperatures outside hovering around 95° farehheit. Still, it was a very good value.

What a gorgeous property, very beautiful courtyard and nature wall overlooking the pool. Rooms were generous, location was perfect, close to everything, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic location and great service. We arrived very early (7am) The front desk greeted us warmly, told us our room would be ready at 12:30 and the asked the bellboy to take us down the block to an alley restaurant where they were serving excellent pho to the locals.
