Charming smaller hotel close to Hoi An old town. Staff very helpful. Center courtyard has a nice pool. Rooms are attractive and reflect the atmosphere of Hoi An. Many good places to eat within walking distance, and the middle of the old town is just a couple of blocks away.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we booked tours and transfers through the hotel which were a great price and so well organised. Thank you to the reception staff for all of your help. Kelly at reception was amazing. Easy to understand, very helpful, very friendly. Our room was great. Comfortable, clean, and able to adjust the AC or fan to our needs. We also swam in the small pool, which was very refreshing. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk into the old quarter. Always love Hoi An, and Thanh Van 1 was the perfect place to stay!!

Great hotel super close to old Hoi An. Close to great places to eat and shop. Room was really comfy and clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful with connecting to our train and arranging a tour to My Son. Can recommend it and would definitely visit again.
