Fijne accommodatie. Wel jammer dat er geen onderhoud wordt gedaan, zodat veel dingen verkeerd zijn. De tuin is verwaarloosd, de voordeur verweerd, de trap kraakt behoorlijk. Heel prettig dat er een vaatwasser en wasmachine is, evenals oven, magnetron, goede kookplaat en veel keukengerei. Als er onderhoud zou worden gedaan, is dit echt een toplocatie! Veel rust en privacy.
