We chose not to stay at this property after checking in around 10:30 PM due to its condition upon arrival.The home did not match the listing. We observed several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including hair in the bathtub, a used towel left behind, dingy sheets, a strong unpleasant odor, and a broken couch. The window air conditioning units were not disclosed and were very loud, blowing directly toward the beds. The front door also appeared damaged, which raised safety concerns.We reported these concerns to the host the following morning. The response indicated these items were considered “preferences” and could be addressed by maintenance. However, these concerns related to cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy of the listing rather than personal preference. The response also referenced insects, which we had not reported, instead of addressing the concerns we shared. Overall, we felt there was a lack of appropriate customer service in how our concerns were handled.Based on these conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying and made alternative arrangements.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The house was dirty. The hosts were absolutely rude. House smelled like roach spray. Was falling apart. Holes in the couch. Broken tile. Dirty fridge. Can see sunlight around the doors. It was so bad we asked for a refund and the owners refused. The lady running it rose was a nightmare to deal with. As a veteran it's not the customer service I expected coming from a place like this definitely reccomend never staying here or dealing with this company.
