Terrible I wouldn't give this place 1 star, I stayed here one night, I paid the 22.65 to checkout late it hadn't been 24hr since I arrived at the property when it was time to check out I went to the front desk to check out and the front desk lady Tania told the housekeeper Luci to check the room the housekeeper said I had damaged the chair which is pleather that it had wear and tear. I was falsely accused of damaging a desk chair that had peeling in less than 24hrs I booked this hotel for the pool we were mainly outdoors as soon as we arrived, I didn't read the previous reviews on this location that they're furniture was falling apart, I asked the lady if she was going to write me a tab for the table that almost collapsed when I placed our pizza box and for the peeled chair and also their fridge had severe mold stains how could I do that in less than 24 hrs, when all we wanted was to go swimming they kept the $100 deposit for their chair. I do not recommend this place for families, NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! They refused to show me the chair probably will be used to scam someone else for $100. Do better best western plus.

A Glowing Review

We've stayed at Best Western Plus in the past. This property, though, excels them all. It should be called plus plus!! Extra shelves in the bathroom, desk chair AND casual chair with stool, full length mirror, etc.....dozens of little details that add up to making this hotel feel almost a luxury stay! And the breakfast?! Several hot and cold options including some hot items served by staff and a cappuccino machine. I have a very limited diet and the cooks quickly and happily made a version I can eat! The bed was quite comfortable and the thermostat properly adjustable. The area is quiet. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. Our stay was delightful!

Racist staff, no diversity with personal. Overcharge black men and only let them stay on the side of the hotel where they let families with load small kids or people with large dogs are also staying. They will charge you for early check in, which is fine but then they’ll put a large family above you making noise all night and charge them less. Also if you ask to be move they will not make that accommodation.
