The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin which causes a disturbance at night. The bar/restaurant should be open on Sundays and have a better selection of food and alcohol. Overall The staff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool. Reasonable priced. Enjoyed complementary breakfast. Great location easy access to Sam Rayburn Tollway. Dallas Star practice arena. Easy walk to shops & restaurants on Legacy Blvd. Recommend this hotel, will stay here again.

Polite bar service

Great place to stay it was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice. However, the hot tub looked really dingy. I really wanted to use it but after getting closer, it was too gross. Their service at the bar was great.

Very disappointing experience. I confirmed my reservation with the hotel a day before, and they even approved my request for a lower floor. However, just two hours before check-in, the hotel canceled my booking without notice. It was during an important holiday for us, and the staff made no effort to help. Expedia still showed my reservation as active, which made the situation even more frustrating. Poor service and very unpleasant experience.

First, the pillows were little squares on your bed. Second the room was made up each day. Third shower had nothing to stop water from flowing through out the room and the tv was horrendous. You would watch and then a message poos up about renting movies and the remote doesn't work when that pops up.

Room was dusty. Advertised room service, but didn’t have. Restaurant was a joke. Bartender was rude. TV’s & remotes outdated. Could not hook up my Roku. Fire alarm went off at 9am waking us up. Absolutely a horrible experience!

Definitely recommend!

We finally found our favorite hotel near our daughter when we visit Plano/Frisco. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only minor negatives were the sink had very little water flow and the shower didn’t drain well. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
