This room was spacious, but there was many problem. We had one room for about 5 hours before our toilet stopped working. We were then moved to a second room where the AC did not work. We told the staff and they did not fix the AC, so we had two nights of sleeping in a very hot room.

The staff were all kind and friendly. They would greet you with a smile and would answer any questions I had. Hated that the elevator going down was not working, but that’s ok because it was an opportunity to getting our steps in when using the stairs hehe

This hotel is in a great place. The concerns were that the pool was closed the entire time, and we book hotels on pools.... and we weren't offered anything -- not a discount, and not even an apology. The staff was unbelievably rude. We won't stay at this hotel again.

The elevator wasn’t working on the 4th floor. So we had to use the stairs. They didn’t have the AC units on in the stairway. The tv stopped working the last day. Pool was closed. We have stayed here several times, but this time wasn’t a good one.
