Staff was not welcoming nor proficient in understanding customer services. There was no information provided ex: that the pool was closed, the coffee bar was closed, outdoor parking if I needed a permit or not (I wasn't even asked if I had a car), check out time. There was no lotion provided in the room. I had to ask housekeeping as they were passing by and they had lotion, mouth wash, and other items that my room was neglected from. Overall, no conversation that took place between myself and the desk staff.

The room was nice but the walls were so thin. Through the connecting door I could hear everything my neighbors said and also outside as well. I booked through Expedia and got an email the first day saying thanks for your stay. I called them because I had my stuff in the room with the do not disturb sign and my reservation was for two days. When I called it went to a busy signal and then I was talking with someone who was doing other things and almost sounded like they were at home. Then she hung up on me and I had to call back. She had no explanation and didn’t really reassure me other than “you should be good.” It was not professional and stressful. I had my laptop in there and was afraid they would take my things.

I added a night. they told me to tell them to check me out and put in back in the room as soon as I arrived. I did. They said tell them in the following. When I did as they said, they said I had to move all my things out of the room. I was on my way to a critical meeting. The sink backed up and poured water all over the floor. I asked for a late check out, 1pm. They said fine. then they cancel my ke at 11am . I went down to tell them and get a key that worked. they gave me another key that did not work when I got to my room. I had to get a maid to open door for me

Shuttle service was a disaster! Took 1 hr after initial call to be picked up at airport and when driver arrived he said no one told him about my call. Then when trying to leave on the 6:45 am shuttle the driver took pictures of the rear hatch of the shuttle and said it wasn’t safe for him to operate. It doesn’t stay open. So after 45 min I asked the front desk to please call Ubers for the 7 of us trying to get to the airport. Also booked your location for the restaurant/bar and it was not available.

Housekeeping bothering early on morning and like two more times. It was even check out time when they had already deactivated the room cards and we were still taking our luggage etc… to our car. When arrived front lady did not greet did not say anything about breakfast times nor check out times. Never again will we stay at same hotel.
