Parking did not feel safe and easy. There appeared to be a lot of unusual activity and traffic no matter the time of day. I d ok by put your belongings on the ground! They have roaches. The best for last the staff. There are two guys work at night whom are very short tempered both. A situation arise where I was charged the fee on Expedia already and they were saying a service fee and a deposit are do. No where online does it say I need to swipe my credit card 2 times when I arrive. I pray this place burns in hell.

The staff is unfriendly and rude. The room was not clean and had cockroaches and the AC unit was VERY nasty! Black dirt caked onto the filter of the AC ( I had to scrape if off before I could wash the filter) and it took 30 minutes to clean it so that it was decent. And, I bought RAID to spray the room - twice during my stay.

The place is old, dirty and the staff is NOT trying to do better either. They are rude, roaches and cockroaches are to be found. I had to THOROUGHLY CLEAN INCLUDING THE AC unit AND SPRAYED 2 cans of bug spray while there. Being unfamiliar with the area - they got me and I was in a pickle and needed a place ASAP in that area. Forget that it is close to Love Field and SW Airlines. Here, you really DO GET what you pay for - yuk! No bargins here and the aggravation made it worst! Vending machine with water and Gatorade in NOT REFRIGERATED and folks use their hands to get ice out of their ice machine next to the nastiest microwave I have ever seen. The smoke detector did not work either. It was really horrible! Awful. Bad. And it stinks...no really. The check-in area/ "vending and ice" - that should have been the red flag but, l was HOPING that it would get better somehow? Especially after i did all that cleaning!

Grimy is the only word to describe my experience. I understand that you get what you pay for, but the photos were a lie. The floor was dirty, they walls had grey grease spots from the people that have been there. Black stuff was growing the shower and the sink where you washed your hands smelt like sewage water. The phone was broken, the TV didn't work, and the lock on the door was broken. The front lobby was also a filthy, dirty mess and the front office was a mess as well. The only saving grace was the clean sheets. The white sheets and towels were the only clean things in the room.

Inside of room is not very clean. Within 5 min of check-in, I requested a refund. The linen had scuff marks, the room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls. The customer service number provided in email has as area code from Puerto Rico and does not work. Save yourself the trouble unless you’re desperate.

Not a lot of drama around but my shower in room 251 floods the floor because the shower head sprays over the curtain. The A/C is great but takes a while to check in with others there..there will be a $20 deposit and$3 service fee..bring your deposit in cash so you get I back quicker

Their number provided on Google and Expedia does not work. There were roaches and other bugs everywhere in our room. The pictures of the bedrooms are not accurate. I was given one small trash can for use, so when it overfilled i had to walk downstairs to dispose my trash. The microwave was dirty on the inside. The towels were stained. If you need to stay somewhere cheap for a short amount of time this might be great for you. Overall i would not recommend and will not be booking here again.
