The Hotel was great. I rented 2 rooms for me and my companions The problem came I was monitoring my credit card. The hotel started making charges during my stay that I didn't understand, and they surpassed the amount I paid for the rooms. When I asked for an explanation, they said that part of the problem was I booked one room direct and another room virtual through Expedia. We did get it straightened out, but it took away from the enjoyment of my trip. If this is true, I probably won't use Expedia anymore and I'll probably book directly. I'll reread my confirmation emails again and see if I can make sense of this and make sure it wasn't a mistake I made

My room refrigerator didn’t work and my food which was brought in from out of town spoiled. To make matters worse the lady at the front desk had the nerve to ask me to pull the refrigerator out and readjust it. I’m by no means an employee nor am I a refrigerator specialist. Also I was not informed I would be charged for parking.

First and the main reason for the low rating; the shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick us up. This was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also, once the shuttle arrives it shoved 15 people into a van that is not made for that many! The room was ok but dated and needed some work. The temp control was not working. Overall, not our best stay. Extra, the uber driver we used the next day, told us he stays around this hotel because the shuttle is a known issue and he gets plenty of work; not a good thing to be known for! Should get a refund for all these issues! I may contact Hilton directly.
