This property is Wonderful! Clean, nice, and new. Monica at the front desk is amazing and knowledgeable. This is the kind of team member that restores my faith in customer service. If this company doesn't promote her to management, great talent is not what they are looking for.

The room was clean the breakfast was not bad could have had options for non-pork eaters..the problem I had was the service. Shower was cold and no one attended to me in 2 days so both days I had to endure a cold shower on a business trip. Completely unacceptable

Main reason we stayed here is 2-bedroom suites--great for travel with family. Hotel was on the nicer side of decent. Was probably quite nice in it's day, but carpet, furniture, fixtures were starting to show their age. Our socks and feet got dirty when we walked around the room without shoes as the carpets really were grubby. There's only so much you can vacuum up after years of spills and mess. Also, 3 of the 4 elevators were out of service during our stay. Not great. But the breakfast was better than average and the staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. Location wasn't scenic but was convenient--right off 35 so easy access to many parts of town. I'd probably stay again, but would check out other options first.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay due to the long wait times for the elevators. Upon arrival on October 2, two out of four elevators were working, and my room was located quite far from them. This was especially difficult for my mother, who has medical issues and struggles with long walking distances. By the next morning, October 3, the situation had worsened, only one elevator was operating for the entire hotel. The wait to go up or down could take as long as 10 minutes, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, one of the elevators malfunctioned while my family and I were inside, and we nearly got stuck. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the representative seemed unconcerned and offered little explanation or assistance. Overall, the elevator situation made our stay very frustrating and uncomfortable, especially for guests with mobility concerns. I hope management addresses these maintenance and customer service issues promptly to prevent future guests from having the same experience.

The first room was fairly clean. You could see cat footprints under the bathroom sink. I had asked for a handicapped room and bathroom. I could not get my walker in the bathroom. Which made it very difficult for me. We were moved to a nicer room the second day. It was cleaner and had a nice handicap.bathroom.

Omg! Everyone fyom check-in to the fabulous staff at breakfast " Daniel" making omelets, the bar staff Richard and a pretty lady i forget her name at the bar! " Happy hour is wonderful! Room was clean! We lost the game but our stay was worth it!
