Shout out to the staff. they are absolutely amazing. I didn't like the shower curtain: too short, the floor got wet after every shower. It would be great to have a microwave in the room

The hotel its self is a little bit older and outdated, but we found it to be clean and it was good enough for a 2 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Good value for what you got.

Best hotel stay I've had in a long time

The guy at the counter was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful when I checked in. The room was clean and everything worked well. Usually if I try, I can find something to nitpick about, like loose outlets, no back on the remote, or something, but this room was very well kept and well put together. The beds were nowhere near as hard as a lot of hotels I've been to, they were actually quite comfortable. Solid breakfast served in the morning, including hot food, like eggs, sausage, etc. Even a later than usual checkout, at noon instead of 11:00 am. Great experience all around. I hope to be staying here my next time in Dallas!
