1. The smoke alarm went off for no reason. 2. Toilet didn’t flush 3. All 3 elevators on our tower ceased to function and had to climb 21 stories to our room. 4. No service at the hotel main restaurant during business hours.

Very nice front staff! Liked the smell of the space and elevator was fast. The lights require touching the knobs. Water heat was nice but pressure was gentle. Beds were comfy as were pillows. Loved how close it was to the station and walking distance to concert venue. Restaurants nearby were great! I would stay here again.

Food options are really horrible. If you ask them to make omelette with tomato they put dried or canned tomato. They dont have breakfast buffet. Room are not cleaned timley. It has happened with me twice that they didnt clean my room and bins.
