Lot of Street Noise

The accommodations were fine. No issues. Our room faced Harry Hines Blvd and was extremely noisy with racing/loud bikes and cars at night/early morning. This is not the properties fault, but maybe they could encourage the local police to patrol the area more.

Close to American Airlines center, was able to walk back from concert. The first room we got assigned, the A/C was not working but was assigned another room quickly. Staff was great, breakfast was good.

Found the Hyatt House by searching for the closest hotels to the American Airlines Center. Only about a ten minute walk. The staff was extremely welcoming and transparent and did a wonderful job at making me and my friend feel welcome. The next time I go to an event at the AAC, I will be staying again.
