Worst experience had a reservation set with my form of payment. When I got there they wouldn’t except my form of payment. We were stuck out and then they tried to charge us a cancellation fee. When it was their fault. Due to The Rangers game most places were completely booked.

We stayed for three nights, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was kind and friendly. The room price was higher than usual due to the event, but that was expected. However, there were a couple of issues. The curbless shower had drainage problems, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor instead of properly flowing into the drain. Also, the TV was outdated (not a smart TV) and very slow to turn on and change channels. Despite these minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant stay overall.

Didn't face any issues while here! Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful. The drinks were great at the bar. If I had to pick something that was a problem, we took our son down to the pool to swim (which he thought was awesome because he got to swim under the wall to the outside area), but he couldn't swim long because the water was FREEZING. My huabnd and I stuck our feet in, but could only sit for a minute because they went numb almost immediately. Our son was done swimming after only 10 minutes because of the cold. And there was no hot tob. But if that was our only problem, we are happy customers. There was even a group of people for a competition staying at the hotel. There were a ton of people there for autographs and pictures, but they were all very respectful of the guests and the staff managed the crowd very well. My favorite part was the ease of walkability to nearby restaurants if you didn't want to hang out at the hotel bar/restaurant.
