The room never got cold, the staff wasn’t that friendly. We got woke up on our 2nd night at 3 am by the front desk & the police screaming that no one was supposed to be in our room. My husband had so wake up show identify and the entire time they were at the wrong room. The guy didn’t even apologize just went to the next room. I called the next morning to speak with a manager and no one even took the time to call me back. Very disappointing

Overall the hotel and room were really nice. The bed was comfortable, the room and public areas were clean, and breakfast was great. The only complaint was we could hear the train go by outside and the AC was loud when it kicked on.

Clean, comfortable and affordable! It checks all of the boxes for a great stay. The free breakfast was above average for a free hotel breakfast. The workout room was clean and in excellent working condition. The pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and halls were clean and well taken care of.
