I stay with Homewood suites quite often and chose this hotel for service and dependability. This trip- my family of 6 waited an hour for a shuttle pick up, only to get to the hotel late at night, no options for food and told to walk across town. Upon getting to the room, furthest away with working elevators, 3rd floor, to an unstocked room. We called for pillows, conditioner, and towels as very little to none were provided. Despite saying they would come up, already 10:30 pm, we had to call two more times before items actually arrived, minus towels. I guess that was over the top to ask for. I spoke with the manager, Maria, and she was unwilling to compensate or rectify the situation. In short, after a long trip from outside the country, my family with 5 kids in tow, landed tired, hungry, hoping to just eat and go to bed, instead went to bed upset. The shuttle for the morning, which we were advised to “schedule” , was late after all and they don’t tell you that they go around to other hotels to pick up additional guests. I am disappointed as this company is usually my go to hotel to stay at and I will be rethinking this decision in the future. There was no mention of recognition of issues despite my personal attempt to bring it to their attention.

Clean, large suite for 2 adults and 6 kids under 10. After a long day at legoland they loved the heated indoor pool for play. While one adult watched them in the pool, the other adult cooked dinner in the kitchen in our suite. Then, after dessert with a chocolate cream pie and a little tv, they were out for the night. Breakfast was great in the morning with a good selection. Tell me what kid doesn't love a belgian waffle?

Great rooms, amazing bed, good heat and a/c. Very clean. Great amenities. Gentleman who checked me in and out was so helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay the best it could possibly be. (Thank you) They have a nice outdoor area with bbqs and tables. Full kitchen including dishwasher in my suite. The shuttle took FOREVER to get to the airport, and it was freezing out. That is my only complaint. Standing outside in 50F temps in flip flops and a t-shirt for an hour was not appreciated.
