Hotel was perfect for what I needed it for. With a late afternoon arrival into Dallas I needed a place to stay for just the one night before flying out the next morning. Check in was seamless, room was clean and spacious. Only issue was transport from the airport to the hotel as I thought there were courtesy buses but couldn’t find any information at the airport about where to go or how frequently they came past the international arrivals area. Ended up catching an Uber but that was the only issue. Would definitely recommend

Excellent hotel experience

Very nice and clean hotel, and very friendly staff. Had a 2 bedroom suite and it was just what my big family needed. Will definitely use this hotel again if needed in the future.

It’s a nice hotel and kept up better than most. The parking is a bit tight for those who drive barges like we do (full size, club cab, long bed truck). What made the difference, what will make us go back, is the shuttle service. We scheduled a 7am departure to the airport and he was putting the van in gear at exactly 7am. I called for a ride back (family went through the security checkpoint) and he came back and got me. It was a little longer wait than expected and he mentioned he was about to call for that reason…I believe him. That man takes his work as seriously as I want to be at the airport on time.
